Call our office at 972.347.1320 option 1 and one of our friendly staff members will schedule you an appointment to see one of our nurse practitioners via Telemed.
how do i get a refill on my prescription?
Call our office at 972.347.1320 Option 2 for nursing. Leave a detailed message including name, date of birth, name of prescription you are wanting a refill on and pharmacy to have it sent to. One of our medical assistants will get back with you once the prescription has been filled.
what vitamins and supplements do you sell?
We sell many vitamins and supplements such as DIM, Calcium, B Complex, Iron, Saw Palmetto, Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin K w/D3 and more. We even have Nutrafol and Hemp products. To see what all we have, please come visit us at our office.
if i just need lab work done, do i have to have an appointment?
Unfortunately, right now due to COVID, everyone has to have an appointment in order to come into our office. Please give us a call at 972.347.1320 to schedule that appointment.
Do you take cash pay?
YES we do! First time office visit is $125 and once you are established, it is $95.
Do you take medicare?
Unfortunately, no we do not.
