3FTL "For The Love"3FTL is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Prosper, Texas, with a focus on mental health management and support systems for first responders who have various types of mental illness, specifically anxiety, depression, or PTSD. We exist to walk the path of accountability and treatment coordination with all First Responders, including fire, police, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and others, who need help with anxiety, depression, suicide, PTSD, and addiction. We help develop positive mental health by incorporating programs with culturally competent counselors (understand the challenges and experiences), nurse practitioners, peer support, resiliency, and education in a customized treatment plan. It is our goal after completion of our program that First Responders, and others, will experience total healing from the debilitating traumatic effects caused by protecting and serving their communities.
